The project takes full advantage of its location where the Volta River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The site offers stunning views, lush greenery, and a tranquil ambiance defining the design. Water is central to the guesthouse experience, inspiring organic curves and forms mirroring the river’s fluidity. Pools, water features, and open transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces enhance the atmosphere. Traditional African patterns carved  into the woodwork honor the region’s heritage, blending authenticity with modern comfort. This project embodies serenity, cultural richness, and a connection to nature, creating a retreat celebrating Ada’s waterside beauty.
